Start by naming the affected people and the decision. Define what the value requires in that context. Fairness may require group error analysis and an appeal path. Autonomy may require disclosure and meaningful choice. Privacy may require purpose limitation and access control.
Then define evidence: test results, logs, review records, user research, incident data, and ownership. Values remain open to interpretation, but the system becomes auditable.
